DAY OF INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
EXTERIOR • INTERIOR • VEHICLES • PETS • COMMUNICATION • NOISE • ACCESSIBILITY • PAYMENT
CLEAR THE AREA
Remove any outdoor furniture, potted plants, and decorations from around the house. This helps the roofing crew work safely and efficiently.
PARK VEHICLES AWAY
Move cars and other vehicles away from the work area. This not only protects them from debris but also gives the crew space to operate.
SECURE PETS
Keep pets indoors or in a secure area away from the construction site. The noise and activity can be stressful for them, and it’s safer for everyone involved.
COMMUNICATE WITH CREW
If possible, you will have the opportunity to meet with the roofing crew in the morning to discuss any specific details, concerns, or instructions regarding the installation.
PREPARE FOR NOISE
Be ready for loud noises throughout the day. If you work from home or have young children, consider planning activities away from the house.
ENSURE ACCESSIBILITY
Make sure there’s a clear path to your home for the crew and their equipment. This may include unlocking gates or moving any obstacles.
INSIDE PROTECTION AND COVERAGE
During a roof install debris finds its way into your attic. If you store any items in the attic or would like an easy clean up we suggest to cover items with a thin clear plastic covering prior to the install.
PREPARE FOR PAYMENT
If any funds need to be moved around or transferred Please have this prepared to insure there is no delay for us to take final payment upon completion.
